To prepare, you will need Miyakoichi Hiyashi Chuka, and then thin-striped ham, cucumber salad, a little pickled ginger, egg omelette cut into thin strips and that's it.
The preparation itself could not be easier. Take the noodles out of the bag and cook in boiling water for 6 minutes. Then drain the noodles and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Serve the noodles on plates and garnish all around with ham, cucumber, omelette and ginger, at the end pour the sauce that was part of the package and you're done.
