Recipe 

1. Boil Beef Bowl Ingredients (1 pack)
2. Add Curry Roux (1 block)
3. Add Water (6.7 oz)
4. Add Sansho Pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
5. Add "2" Cutted Shishito Peppers
6. Serve the Curry and Rice to the plate
7. Serve Fukujinzuke Pickles to taste
8. Serve "3" chopped Ooba leaves

Yuka has taught classes in Tokyo, with sold-out tickets nearly every-time. She was invited to New York to host a private event with a vegan menu. Since receiving a nutritionist license, her motto is to create dishes to be enjoyed visually while maintaining a healthy diet. Yuka names this "Osha-Recipe", meaning "Fashionable Recipe".
